Cancellation policy

Some items in our shop may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or trial purchases. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription length and frequency you select. Your payment information is stored securely. You'll be billed for each delivery unless you prepay. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you don't want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription. Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you're purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or will be available at a later date. Pre-orders are accepted only after full prepayment. Payment is collected in full during the checkout process. Once the order has been processed or production has begun, the pre-order cannot be canceled. You can cancel a pre-order up until this point. However, after the order has been processed, you can request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Return Policy. See our Return Policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Try before you buy

When you purchase an item to try out, we authorize your payment method before processing the order. You have a limited time to decide whether you want to keep the item. If the deadline passes and you haven't returned the item, we will charge your payment method the full amount.
