Dieses Travelers Notebook wird aus 1,2 mm dickem, vegetabil gegerbtem, vollnarbigem Leder gefertigt und vollständig von Hand genäht. Der Buchrücken ist auf traditionelle Weise geformt, mit sechs fein ausgearbeiteten Erhebungen, die je nach Format harmonisch verteilt sind.
Ein Gummiband im Inneren hält 1 -2 Hefte mit den Maßen 9 x 14 cm sicher an ihrem Platz.
Special Edition Young Poet Herbalista
The Young Poet, crafted from undyed, vegetable-tanned full-grain leather, will always remain my favorite collection. At first, the leather has a very light, almost pale color, which develops over time and use into a beautiful golden-brown patina. Like a poet who tells stories with words, the leather too will develop a unique story and character through time and wear.
The Herbalista collection is designed as a slim companion for on the go. It’s ideal as a complement to your main planner or as a standalone notebook for quick sketches, thoughts, or observations—whether in daily life or while traveling.
Inspired by the botanists of the 18th and 19th centuries who recorded their impressions directly in nature, this cover holds 1–2 notebooks in the size 9 × 14 cm.
With a narrow spine of 2 cm, Herbalista is significantly more compact than the models in the Antiquaria collection (4 cm spine width, with inner pockets). By foregoing pockets, the cover remains particularly light and slim—perfect for a jacket pocket or daypack.
The embossing on the cover is done using an original stamp about 100 years old from historic bookbinding supplies. Each piece carries a part of traditional craftsmanship within it.
